1. What products do you sell?

2. How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment is successfully received.

3. What is your order cut-off time?

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Same day delivery cut of time is 11:am

4. How long does shipping take?

We ship using FedEx Ground® and FedEx Home Delivery®.

Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days (Monday–Friday) after dispatch.

5. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours.

6. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

If it is a non-defective return (change of mind) → the customer is responsible for return shipping

13. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

15. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
