SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When will my order be dispatched? Orders placed before 11:00 AM EST Monday–Friday are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST or on weekends and public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

How long does delivery take? Standard shipping takes 1–3 business days after dispatch. Same day delivery is available on qualifying orders placed before 11:00 AM EST — eligibility and delivery area are confirmed at checkout.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order size.

Do you ship internationally? We currently ship to US addresses only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.

How do I track my order? You will receive an email with your tracking number on the day of dispatch. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active with the carrier. If you have not received your tracking information, check your spam folder or contact us.

What if my order hasn’t arrived? If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at contact@alloyexpresswheel.com or +1 (517) 220-0534 and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Can I collect my order in person? Yes. You can collect from our store at 625 S Waverly Rd Suite A, Lansing, MI 48917. Please call ahead to arrange a collection time: +1 (517) 220-2517.

If I buy wheels and tires together, do they come pre-mounted? Not necessarily. As we work with multiple suppliers, wheels and tires may ship separately depending on availability and fulfillment location. If you require pre-mounted tires, please contact us at contact@alloyexpresswheel.com before ordering and we will confirm what is possible for your specific order.

Can I have my order delivered to a garage? Yes. We can deliver directly to a garage of your choice. We recommend being present when the package is opened. Please note we cannot accept liability for damage caused by your garage. All wheels and tires are photographed before dispatch.

How do I know if a tire or wheel fits my car? Use our vehicle fitment tool on the shop page simply select your make, model, and year and it will show you compatible tires and wheels for your exact vehicle. If you are still unsure, contact us and one of our fitment experts will help.

What brands do you carry? We carry a wide range of major tire and wheel brands including OE factory fitments for Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, MINI, Porsche, and more. Use the search or fitment tool on our shop page to browse available options.

Are your products genuine and new? Yes. All tires and wheels we sell are 100% genuine and brand new. We do not sell replica, imitation, refurbished, or used products.

Can I buy a single tire or wheel rather than a full set? Yes. Simply select the quantity you need on the product page. The only exception is certain bundled wheel and tire sets sold under a single part number — contact us if you need to purchase individually from one of these sets.

What is included with my order? This varies by product and brand. Please read the product page carefully for inclusion details. If anything is unclear, email us at contact@alloyexpresswheel.com before ordering.

What happens if an item is out of stock? We operate a just-in-time inventory model, meaning most items are sourced to order from our supplier network. Availability timeframes shown on product pages reflect typical supplier lead times. If you have a specific deadline, contact us before ordering and we will confirm availability.

Can I change or cancel my order? Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period your order may already be in process or dispatched and cannot be cancelled. For changes or urgent requests, contact us immediately at contact@alloyexpresswheel.com or +1 (517) 220-0534

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items that are unused, unmounted, and in original packaging. Please visit our Return & Refund Policy page for full details.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@alloyexpresswheel.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Do not install or use the item. Once verified we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

When will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of return approval.

Do you offer exchanges? We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order.

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe. What currency do you accept? All transactions are in US Dollars (USD). If your bank account is in a different currency your bank may apply a conversion rate and fee.

Is my payment information secure? Yes. All card transactions are encrypted and processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor the highest level of payment security available. Wire transfer and ACH payment details are provided securely on request.

Do you sell to trade customers? Yes. We supply trade customers across the United States with competitive pricing and lead times on tires, wheels, and OE parts. Contact us at contact@alloyexpresswheel.com for trade pricing and terms.

Our Warranty

All tires and wheels sold by Alloy Express Wheels & Tires are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty periods and terms vary by brand and product.

As your retailer, we handle all warranty claims on your behalf  you do not need to contact the manufacturer directly. Simply reach out to us and we will manage the process from start to finish.

What is covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Structural failures not caused by road hazard, misuse, or improper installation

What is not covered:

  • Road hazard damage (punctures, cuts, impacts)
  • Damage caused by improper installation or fitting
  • Normal tread wear
  • Damage resulting from incorrect tire pressure or overloading
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance or safety

How to make a warranty claim: Contact us within the warranty period at contact@alloyexpresswheel.com or +1 (517) 220-0534 with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. We will assess the claim and liaise with the supplier on your behalf.
