Billing & Payment Terms and Conditions

Alloy Express Wheel LLC (DBA Alloy Express Wheels & Tires) Effective Date: May 8, 2026

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods, processed securely through Stripe:

  • Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • Debit cards
  • Other options available at checkout via Stripe

Payment Processing

  • All transactions are in US Dollars (USD)
  • Payment is charged when your order is placed
  • Payment information is encrypted and handled by Stripe — we do not store card details on our servers
  • Stripe is a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor

Authorization

By placing an order you authorize us to charge the full order amount — including product price, applicable taxes, and shipping fees — to your selected payment method.

Declined Payments

If your payment is declined your order will not be processed. Please verify your billing details and try again, or contact your bank. You may also try an alternative payment method.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws.

Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us at contact@alloyexpresswheel.com before initiating a chargeback. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that cannot be verified. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method in such cases.

Refunds

Refunds for eligible returns are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Currency

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). If your bank account is in a different currency, your bank may apply a conversion rate and additional fee.
